Lead Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for driving both backend and frontend development, focusing on creating high-performance web applications using PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, React, and Vue. Your critical role will involve architecting solutions, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of best practices across the team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using PHP for the backend and React/Vue for the frontend. - Optimize and manage databases (MySQL and MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and efficient performance. - Build responsive UIs using CSS frameworks, React, and Vue. - Work with AWS services to deploy, scale, and manage applications in a cloud environment. - Guide and mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and ensure code quality. - Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements. Qualification Required: - Experience: 7+ years in full stack development, with a strong focus on PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, React, and/or Vue. - Front-end Skills: Proficient in CSS frameworks (e.g, Bootstrap) and responsive design. - Cloud Skills: Experience with AWS services like K8S, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. - Leadership: Proven experience in leading development projects and mentoring team members. - Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with an ability to quickly resolve technical challenges. - Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
