Lead Full Stack Engineer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for driving both backend and frontend development to create high-performance web applications using technologies such as PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, React, and Vue. Your role will involve architecting solutions, optimizing performance, and promoting best practices within the team to ensure a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 7 years in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, React, and/or Vue. - Front-end Skills: Proficiency in CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and responsive design. - Cloud Skills: Experience with AWS services such as K8S, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead development projects and mentor team members effectively. - Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the capacity to swiftly address technical challenges. - Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
