Implementation Specialist

What will your role look like

Understand client demands, develop project plans, and ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with expectations.

Administer day-to-day workflow for all implementation processes and provide technical support to internal teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, recommend changes, and support product evaluations.

Collaborate with system integration teams and ensure full compliance with client requirements while providing appropriate client training.

Maintain project plans, track progress, and work closely with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Review and manage scope, defects, and change requests while assessing their implications on timelines, quality, cost, and risk.

Ensure adherence to enterprise processes and contribute to process improvement and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor s degree in business, logistics, or engineering.

Postgraduate qualification in Project Management (Prince2/PMI) preferred.

French proficiency preferred.

Travel Requirements-Moderate travel (approx. 25%).
