Job Description

What will your role look like

  • Understand client demands, develop project plans, and ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with expectations.
  • Administer day-to-day workflow for all implementation processes and provide technical support to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, recommend changes, and support product evaluations.
  • Collaborate with system integration teams and ensure full compliance with client requirements while providing appropriate client training.
  • Maintain project plans, track progress, and work closely with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Review and manage scope, defects, and change requests while assessing their implications on timelines, quality, cost, and risk.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise processes and contribute to process improvement and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to convert business requirements into solutions.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts into business language.
  • Team player with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to create clear functional documentation and review deliverables.

Good to have skills

  • Comfort working in multicultural environments with excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience with clinical systems and digital initiatives.
  • Project management experience working with internal and offshore development teams for delivery and post-production support.
  • Experience in Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Experience working in a matrix reporting structure within multinational corporations.
  • Bachelors degree in business, logistics, or engineering.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management (Prince2/PMI) preferred.
  • French proficiency preferred.
  • Travel Requirements-Moderate travel (approx. 25%).
