Job Description

Role Overview: As a Client Success Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for owning the design and execution of scalable technical solutions during complex client onboarding and late-stage sales engagements. Your role will involve acting as a trusted technical advisor, bridging discovery and delivery to ensure long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise clients - Develop and manage complex implementation plans - Handle technical integrations including APIs, data feeds, and FTPs, and advanced troubleshooting - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams - Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements - Build enablement materials such as guides, webinars, and documentation Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles (SaaS / Implementation / Solution Engineering) - Strong expertise in API integrations (REST, SOAP), data feed formats (XML, JSON, CSV), and FTP protocols - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects,
