About the Role

Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and deploy ERP/software modules.
Understand client workflows and map them to system functionalities.
Conduct end-user training and support clients during go-live.
Provide implementation-time and post-launch technical support.
Handle data migration, configuration, and issue documentation.
Maintain implementation plans, reports, and project timelines.
Coordinate with development and support teams for issue resolution.
Travel across India for deployments and client training as required.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
1–2 years of experience in software/ERP implementation or IT support
Excellent verbal & written communication in English
Strong client-facing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong time management and documentation skills

Preferred

Experience with
School ERP
Willingness to travel as per project needs
