Implementation Specialist

Role Overview:

As an Implementation Specialist at SIONIQ, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of SIONIQ ERP for new clients. This includes system setup, customization based on client requirements, conducting training sessions, and ensuring timely go-live. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional modules to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SIONIQ ERP for new clients, ensuring alignment with their business processes and objectives.
• Customize the ERP system to meet specific client needs, including data migration and integration with existing systems.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions (online/offline) for client teams, ensuring effective adoption of the system.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation documentation, including project plans, timelines, and client communications.
• Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and escalate as necessary to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional ERP modules.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably within the jewelry or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in customization and integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support clients effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry and its specific business processes is a plus.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
