Job Description

Lead end-to-end product implementation for clients, from requirements gathering to post-production support.
Understand client business processes and map them to product features.
Create and maintain implementation plans, data mapping sheets, and configuration documents.
Work extensively with SQL to extract, transform, validate, and load client data.
Troubleshoot integration issues, data inconsistencies, and workflow errors.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Conduct user training sessions and build training materials.
Ensure successful delivery within timelines and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Document functional gaps, enhancements, and client feedback.

🛠 Required Skills

Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, data validation).
Experience with data migration, ETL processes, or product configuration.
Understanding of APIs, integrations (REST/SOAP), and basic scripting (optional).
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to manage client expectations and communicate clearly.
Strong documentation and coordination skills.
