Role Overview:

Owns the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure. Responsible for product demonstrations, follow-ups, and negotiations. Collaborates on pipeline planning and supports junior sales resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute weekly/monthly sales calendars with input from RSM and Senior Sales Engineer.
Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Follow up and drive opportunities toward closure through consistent engagement.
Handle negotiations, address objections, and close sales effectively.
Prepare and submit proposals/quotations.
Log all leads and deal statuses in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and support alignment.
Track personal KPIs and sales targets weekly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
3 - 10 years of B2B solution selling experience (preferably SaaS/ERP).
Strong in client presentations, demos, and CRM usage.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Goal-driven, persistent, and team-oriented.
