Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Ads Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign effectiveness. Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, cost-efficiency, and ROI using A/B testing and data analytics. Track, report, and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools. Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-converting creatives and landing pages. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive. Manage ad budgets efficiently and allocate spending based on performance insights. Work closely with SEO, email marketing, and web development teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot. Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus. Experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, and pixel/tag installation. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website builders like WordPress. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for creative input.
