Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist at Uplight, you will be a key member of the delivery team responsible for successfully launching software products. Your role will involve supporting product setup, configuration, testing, and defect triage, while working closely with cross-functional teammates. This entry-level position provides a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in technical and project-based work. Approximately 25-50% of your responsibilities will be technical, including tasks such as SQL queries, data validation, and testing. Your schedule will require working evening hours between 9:30 AM - 11:30 PM IST to align with North American teams, ensuring real-time collaboration and exposure to international projects. Flexibility in working hours may be needed depending on the season or project requirements.
