Client Success Executive – ERP (Schools & Colleges)

We are looking for an energetic fresher to join our ERP team for schools and colleges. You will handle inquiry calls, give software demos, document client requirements, follow up with prospects, and assist in closing deals. You will also research the market, understand client needs, and coordinate with the marketing team. Incentives are provided for successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain ERP software to prospective clients over calls.
• Conduct product demos and prepare documentation.
• Follow up with leads to help close deals.
• Research the audience and share insights with marketing.
• Be flexible to assist clients anytime.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Freshers with interest in ERP/software implementation are welcome.
