Jr Support Executive

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to work with school/college management software. The role involves giving product demonstrations to clients, preparing detailed documentation, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live demos of our ERP/education software to schools and colleges.
• Understand client requirements and showcase product features that fit their needs.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation (user manuals, training guides, process flows).
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure accurate handover of client requirements.
• Assist in onboarding and training clients on software usage.
• Gather feedback from clients during and after demos to improve product presentations.
• Stay updated with market trends in educational ERP software.

Requirements:

• Interested in working with school/college ERP or educational software is mandatory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good documentation and reporting abilities.
• Ability to explain technical features in a simple, user-friendly manner.
• Familiarity with education industry workflows (admissions, exams, fees, attendance, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Docs for documentation.

Experience: UG Fresher, 2025 passed out
