Sales and Documentation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales and Documentation Specialist who will play a key role in reviewing projects, preparing client-ready documentation, and delivering product/project demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate project details into clear and professional documentation for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Review & Demonstrations

• Review project deliverables and ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct product/project demos for clients and stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
• Gather client feedback during demos and coordinate with internal teams for improvements.

Documentation

• Prepare, update, and maintain all project-related documentation (user manuals, client reports, proposals, presentations, SOPs, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documents.
• Document project progress, milestones, and client communication in a structured way.
• Maintain proper version control and organized filing of documents (both digital and physical).
• Support sales team with project-related documentation and presentations.
• Maintain records of client interactions, demos, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in project documentation, presales, or client servicing.
• Strong presentation and demo skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical details and explain them in simple terms to clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
