We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience to plan, execute, and scale high-performing paid campaigns across multiple clients and industries. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, strategic, and hands-on with paid media platforms.
Manage and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels
Handle multiple client accounts and ensure delivery of performance KPIs
Plan budgets, bidding strategies, and media buying for lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Analyze and optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and LTV
Implement A/B testing on ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
Oversee conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
Prepare performance reports, insights, and presentations for clients
Coordinate with creative, content, and account management teams
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
