Role Description

We are hiring a Ads Specialist for a full-time role. The Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant online platforms. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, website conversions, and measurable business growth for our clients.The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in ad strategy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the creative and strategy teams to produce campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and budget optimization Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pixel setup, and event tracking Ability to analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPL,CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with creative teams Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet performance goals Results-driven mindset with a portfolio or case studies of previous campaigns is a plus
