Role Overview: As a Manager in Performance Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEM, display, social, and affiliate marketing. Additionally, you will lead a team of specialists to execute campaigns successfully and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple channels like SEM, display, social, and affiliate marketing. - Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness. - Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing goals and objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing. - Lead a team of performance marketing specialists to execute campaigns and achieve KPIs. - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior management. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with an emphasis on paid media. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals. - Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification is a plus.
