Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon PPC Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive sales while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to improve ad performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Bid Optimization: Adjust bids based on performance metrics, seasonality, and business goals.
  • A/B Testing: Run experiments on ad copy, targeting, and bid strategies to improve ad efficiency.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine PPC strategies.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and optimize ad spend across campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Listing Optimization: Work closely with the content and SEO teams to optimize product listings for higher conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and supply chain to align PPC strategies with overall business goals.

Candidate profile:

  • Has managed over $1 Million in annual PPC spend
  • Proven experience managing campaigns with a track record of success
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO best practices.
  • Experience with multi-marketplace Amazon advertising (e.g., US, UK, EU, India, etc.).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with external traffic sources such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
