Role Overview - Amazon PPC Manager:
We are looking for an Amazon PPC Manager who will take full ownership of performance advertising strategy and execution across Amazon Advertising Console and DSP. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on measurable growth, understands marketplace advertising deeply, and can manage a high-performing execution team.You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and marketplace strategy teams while owning PPC campaign delivery and revenue outcomes for client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning
● Develop and implement advanced advertising strategies across: -
- Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display.
- Amazon DSP for retargeting and audience expansion.
● Align campaign goals with business KPIs such as TACoS, ROAS, ACOS, CVR, CTR, and total revenue contribution
● Design full-funnel PPC plans including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns for multiple product lines
● Build and implement ASIN-level targeting and brand defense strategies and monthly media plans.
Execution & Optimization
● Own end-to-end campaign setup, keyword harvesting, budget pacing, and bid optimization● Implement A/B tests for: - Ad copies and creative variations - Match types and keyword structures - Placement modifiers and bid adjustments● Continuously monitor and optimize ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversions using in-platform tools and external analytics
Team Leadership
● Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 Account Executives.
● Review campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and guide strategic pivots
● Conduct weekly check-ins, training sessions, and quarterly reviews
● Align internal performance targets with client goals and satisfaction metrics
Reporting & Insights
● Build performance reports and dashboards using: - Amazon Advertising Console - Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, and other third-party tools
● Deliver weekly/monthly reports and QBRs with insights and optimization roadmaps
● Translate ad data into actionable decisions and future strategies Innovation & Automation
● Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline keyword research, bid management, and ad creation
● Utilize Amazon APIs and 3rd party tools like Amazon Drona or Sellics for campaign automation
● Stay ahead of Amazon algorithm updates, ad product launches, and retail trends.
Tools & Platforms
● Ad Platforms: Amazon Ads Console, Amazon DSP, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout.
● Creative Tools: Canva, AdCreative.ai, and Amazon’s Creative Services Suite.
Requirements Experience
● 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast-paced brand environment
● Hands-on experience with ₹50L+ monthly ad budgets across multiple categories
● Proven success in scaling Amazon accounts across Sponsored and DSP campaigns.
