About the Role: Our team is ready for a visionary and detail-oriented Creative Director to lead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints, from product imagery to A+ content, ensuring our designs are presented with clarity, luxury appeal, and consistency. The ideal candidate is a proactive, leader with a sharp eye for detail, strong ownership mentality, and deep experience in delivering high-performance content within structured workflows. Responsibilities: Define and lead the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem by setting the vision for photography and graphic design teams, including product photography, Amazon Storefront design, and A+ content. Direct all photography efforts —including product, model, and lifestyle shoots—by developing clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic and effectively showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points. Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative. Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards, creative direction, and Amazon platform requirements. Oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices. Partner with the Product, Business Analytics and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages. Use performance data (CTR, conversion, image heat maps, sales trends) and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate. Own the creative workflow , ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.
