Role Description

PPC Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Flipkart Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for maximum visibility.
  • Manage product listings, A+ content, and ad placements on Flipkart & Amazon to improve discoverability and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad copies, banners, and visuals.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, algorithm updates, and PPC best practices.
  • Ensure campaigns meet ACoS/ROAS targets and budget allocations.
  • Suggest and implement new growth strategies to enhance overall marketplace visibility and performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager tools.
  • Experience with campaign tracking tools like Helium10, SellerApp, or Data Studio (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword optimization, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • E-commerce background preferred.

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate)
  • Conversion Rate
  • Sales growth through paid campaigns
