Role Overview:

Amazon PPC & Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Advertising & Campaign Optimization

  • Create and manage

    Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display

    campaigns for Amazon USA.
  • Plan and execute

    launch, ranking, and scaling

    strategies for both new and existing SKUs.
  • Continuously optimize

    ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR

    , and profitability using data insights.
  • Implement

    keyword segmentation

    ,

    negative keyword management

    , and

    A/B testing

    for ad creatives and placements.

Sales, Inventory & Forecasting

  • Build

    sales and inventory forecasts

    by ASIN based on historical data, promotions, and market trends.
  • Integrate PPC planning with

    inventory availability

    to maintain consistent in-stock performance.
  • Use

    Gorilla ROI

    ,

    Data Dive

    , and

    Scale Insights

    to monitor demand, velocity, and lead time.
  • Share actionable forecasts with procurement and logistics teams to optimize production cycles.

Product Bundling & Market Basket Analysis

  • Analyze customer purchase patterns using

    Market Basket Analysis (MBA)

    to identify

    cross-sell and bundle opportunities

    .
  • Develop

    product bundle strategies

    to increase

    average order value (AOV)

    and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative and listing teams to create

    bundle listings, variation sets, and complementary product placements

    .
  • Use advertising data to test

    combo offers, gift sets, and collection bundles

    for seasonal promotions.

New Product Opportunity Research

  • Conduct

    category and keyword-level gap analysis

    using

    Data Dive, Helium 10, Brand Analytics

    & and Amazon’s Product Opportunity Explorer

    (POE).

  • Identify

    high-demand, low-competition niches

    within home textiles (table linens, bedding, dcor, etc.).
  • Leverage

    PPC data and search term reports

    to discover

    new product and style opportunities

    .

Data & Growth Insights

  • Build and maintain

    performance dashboards

    and profitability tracking at both

    ASIN and category levels.

  • Analyze

    PPC + Organic performance

    to measure

    brand visibility, ranking progress, and overall sales contribution.

  • Present weekly/monthly

    growth and insight reports

    to leadership with actionable strategies.
  • Use

    Scale Insights automation rules

    to manage bids, pause underperforming ads, and optimize ad budgets efficiently.

    – Profit analytics, bid automation, and ranking tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years

    of proven Amazon PPC & growth experience (USA market)
  • Experience managing

    $500K–$1M+ annual ad budgets

  • Strong expertise in

    home furnishings, textiles, or lifestyle products

  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, plan inventory, and align PPC with stock flow
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills; advanced in

    Excel / Google Sheets

  • Deep understanding of

    Amazon A9 algorithm, keyword indexing, and ranking strategy

design, sourcing, and marketing teams
