Job profile: Manager HR, Admin International eCommerce company We are where we are, thanks to our exceptional talent coupled with our high bar on performance. As we scale exponentially, we are looking to hire a HR manager to attract, engage and retain this talent. Roles and responsibilities include - Co-ordinate recruitment shortlist candidate based on filter criteria, call and phone screen shortlisted candidates, set up interviews with hiring managers, co-ordinate with external head hunters/recruitment firms - Manage HR ops tasks – employee onboarding, exit formalities etc - Execute monthly/quarterly rewards and recognition activities - Execute employee engagement activities, to nurture a fun and positive working environment - Co-ordinate performance appraisal system with management - Manage office administrative activities – primarily utilities and consumables Candidate profile: An ‘A’ player, no less, with - Experience: 3 to 8 years. - Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal - Experience in HR/Admin coordination preferable - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - A ‘Hustler’, who can get things done, with little or no supervision - Driven and motivated. Quick learner. Emotional intelligence and maturity beyond years, to work across stake holders within and outside the organization
