Key Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Correspondence Management : Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Document Management : Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Travel Arrangements : Coordinate travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Event Coordination : Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences. Task Management : Prioritize and track the Directors daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and operations run smoothly. Confidentiality : Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of work, especially regarding sensitive information. Miscellaneous Support : Provide general administrative support to the Director as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications : Education : Any Graduate (Preference for candidates with relevant certifications or experience in administrative roles). Experience : 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time Management : Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to think critically and solve problems independently and proactively.
