Position Title: Head of Accounts / Finance Experience: 15 yrs in Manufacturing Industry (preferably Automotive Industry) Qualifications: M.Com Postgraduate (or) – Inter passed – ICWAI / CA Work Location: SIPCOT, Sriperumbudur, near Chennai Job Summary: 1) To handle entire accounting upto finalization 2) Preparation of P & L and Balance sheet 3) Working with Internal and statutory Auditors 4) Ensuring IT Returns and compliance of ROC filings with Company secretary 5) Computing of statutory taxes (ESI, PF, TDS, TCS, GST and Professional Taxes etc) 6) Liaison with Govt Agencies, DGFT etc 7) Preparation of Cash flow statements, week wise 8) Follow-up with Debtors for collection 9) Reconcile statement of Accounts, Monthly with Debtors and Creditors 10) Preparation & Monitoring of Monthly Factory Expense budgets 11) Maintain Fixed Asset Register 12) Maintain costing sheet for all plastic components 13) Monitor Raw material consumption 14) To discuss with Bank officials to increase Working Capital / Term Loan requirements 15) Submission of Dashboard reports with Management on a weekly basis 16) Working closely with Plant Head 17) Provide guidance to the Accounts team whenever required to improve their performance 18) Should walk to shop floor to observe wastages 19) To provide suggestions for improvements on a periodical basis Expectations: 1) M.Com graduate with 15 years of manufacturing industry accounting experience 2) ICWAI / CA (inter) can also apply with aforesaid experience 3) Should have handled atleast 3 members team 4) Should be keen for continuous learning through training 5) Should posses high level of energy to meet the requirements of a growing company

Position title: Team Leader Tool Room Experience: 15 yrs of experience in design and manufacture of Plastic Moulds Qualifications: 1) Diploma in Tool and die making from NTTF and GTTC (or) 2) DPMT from CIPET Work Location: SIPCOT, Thandalam Objective: To Design, manufacture and develop, defect free Moulds and maintain the moulds to support and aid the production processes to achieve optimum levels of efficiency and operational excellence in order to accomplish Business objectives. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Responsible for all aspects of Tool Design, manufacture, maintenance, development and testing: Prepare cost estimation for Moulds of new RFQs Achieving Tool manufacturing plan within budgeted norms and adherence to process. Manufactured moulds should be first time right Achieve Zero defect – Reduction of rejections (machine rejections / COPQ) Enhance OEE Performance. (Preventive and Breakdown maintenance) New Projects Training to personnel for improving Functional / Soft skills Tooling MIS Manpower Management (Motivation, engagement and Tool Room discipline) Drive 5S, Safety, Continuous Improvement and other process improvement activities Roles & Responsibilities: Mould Manufacturing: 1) Execute the manufacturing plan and achieve the targeted output on a daily basis. Monitor Tool output periodically to ensure on time availability for uninterrupted production 2) Ensure 100% adherence without deviations to IATF standards, SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 3) Negotiate and co-ordinate with machining supplier and child part vendors for timely delivery. 4) To ensure all standards of safety, 3C, 5S and Health, are implemented to maintain an accident free plant and improve tool quality and accuracy. 5) To continuously monitor and control raw material consumption, deployment / allocation of manpower, energy consumption within norms. To ensure manufacturing costs are within the budget 6) To continuously analyse, the current manufacturing processes and procedure and implement improvements 7) Develop capability and Technical knowhow to continuously enhance existing Tool designs and develop new ones. Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor financial performance against budgets and suggest corrective actions. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Oversee all taxation matters including GST, Income Tax, and TDS. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and filings. Monitor and control trading costs. Identify and implement cost-saving measures. To handle - internal and external audits. Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Promote a culture of accountability and performance. Work closely with Senior Management team, Vendors, Consultants, and External Auditors. Support financial decision-making processes. Education: CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Experience: 15-20 years of experience in finance & accounts out of which Minimum 5 years in a leadership role would be preferred In-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, direct and indirect taxation, cost accounting, and financial systems. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. Proven ability to manage teams, set goals, and drive results.

Job Title: Plant Head Work Location: SIPCOT Industrial Park, Sriperumbudur, near Chennai Experience: 20 years Education Qualification: Diploma in Plastic Moulding from CIPET or BE Roles & Responsibilities:- 1) To execute the Production plan by ensuring smooth running of all Production Lines and achieving the targeted output on a daily basis. Monitor Production output on hourly basis. 2) To Coordinate with Tooling and Machine Maintenance teams to eliminate breakdowns for achieving Production targets. 3) To Implement scientific molding and DOE to achieve maximum production output with highest standards of quality. 4) To Ensure 100% adherence without deviations to IATF standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 5) To Ensure all standards of Safety, 3 C, 5 S and Health are implemented to maintain an Accident free plant and improve Product quality and accuracy. 6) To Achieve target of Zero Quality Defect. 7) Will be accountable for Shop floor discipline and to improve the operators engagement levels 8) To identify the training needs for the staff members and to make sure to provide the timely training to them to scale up the operations to meet the KRAs 9) Will be responsible to carryout the preventive and break-down maintenance as per the time schedule 10) To actively contribute to the organization wide initiatives and various programs to achieve the objectives.
