Talent Acquisition  

  • Work with the senior leadership to develop a talent acquisition  

strategy in line with business requirement.  

  • Recruitment for key positions in the organization done as per  

requirement.  

  • Entire gamut of Campus placements, Senior, Middle, Junior Level  

recruitments for positions for all regional Offices and other required  

profiles through various sources like job portals, employee referrals,  

consultancies etc. with cost effectiveness.  

  • Ensure timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specifications  

as per the staffing plan.  

  • Training and Development  
  • Identifying Training needs through HODs after employees successful  

annual appraisals and accordingly plan their trainings through  

external and internal faculties.  

  • Induction Training programs for new staff at entry level.  
  • Implementation of LMS (Learning Management System) e-learning  

platform for employees

Performance Management System –

. Introduced Performance Management system in the organization with  

smooth transition and training  

. Co-ordinate and implement the Company’s Appraisal Process  

ensuring that appraisal forms are issued at the appropriate time, that  

interviews occur and that appraisal forms are returned according to  

established deadlines.  

• Timely performance rating to all eligible employees and accordingly  

process for annual increments and promotions.  

• Policy Development -  

• Introduced proper HR Policies on paper which was absent previously  

and its successful implementation done  

• HR Policies study and review as

• Implementation of Policies in all India locations smoothly.  

• Compensation & Benefits –  

• Partner closely with our US C&B team for salary benchmarking for  

India regular employees.  

• Coordination with Site head and HOD’s from different departments  

regarding salary benchmarking and benefits for employees with  

specific skills, and job responsibilities.  

• Handled compensation survey in two companies to align and  

restructuring of employee Compensation.  

Employee engagement

• Prepare annual event calendar and ensure that all are completed  

successfully. Planned events such as Celebration of Birthday of  

employees, Diwali, New Year, Annual Picnic, Sports events etc.  

. Suggestion Schemes, Event management such as Sports, Picnic and  

various internal competitions. Formation of SDTs (Self Directed  

Team) for all Operative level employees.  

. Overall process for awards such as Employee of the Month, Employee  

of the Year.  

. Long service award activities and employee retirement prgramme  

arrangement.  

• HR Operation–

• Responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle for all  

category employees.  

Payroll

management & SAP employee quires handling, Mediclaim  

management etc.

• Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliance -  

• Monitor and ensure smooth operations of Plant HR with no IR issues  

and Statutory compliance of a manufacturing location.  

• Liaison with all the govt. machineries, external agencies.  

• Counseling of employees under the grievance redressal process.  

• Handle Union issues dealing with Union Leaders.
