Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Expert with around 6+ years of extensiveexperience providing technical expertise, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactorsCompensation & Variable Pay solutions, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle. Theideal candidate will be the one who not just has the in-depth technical know-how but is alsopassionate about mentoring and coaching more experts within the team. You willï‚· Act as the subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay module.ï‚· Collaborate with international clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implementbest practices for Compensation & Variable Pay processes.ï‚· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Compensation & Variable Pay modulewith other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.ï‚· Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to Compensation &Variable Pay modules.ï‚· Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.ï‚· Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolutionskills are essential.ï‚· Document configurations, processes, and support procedures for knowledge transfer and futurereference.ï‚· Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay features,functionalities, and industry regulations.ï‚· Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to fit into a multinational project setup.ï‚· Good to have integration experience with respective core modules Your skills ï‚· Relevant SF HR certification and hands on experienceï‚· SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.ï‚· SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay certification is required.ï‚· SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.ï‚· Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configurationthrough go-live.ï‚· Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.ï‚· Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related toSuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay modules.ï‚· Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify system-related issues.ï‚· Knowledge of MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows.ï‚· Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.ï‚· Expertise in provisioning system.ï‚· Agile delivery experience.ï‚· Strong communication and articulation skills (verbal, written and presentation)Your benefits:ï‚· We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance betweenin-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working fromabroadï‚· We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits packageincludes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multipleemployee discounts (details vary by location)ï‚· From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility,we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment whereinnovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered
