Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.). Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone/video), and assess technical fit in collaboration with tech leads. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, feedback collection, and offer rollouts. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for both current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely updates. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports. Keep up to date with IT hiring trends, market salaries, and competitor activity.
