Product Adoption

• Enable partners to position and use Qualitia effectively.
• Track adoption metrics (usage, POCs, deployments) and drive improvement.
• Support early implementations to ensure correct usage and delivery quality.
• Work with product and delivery teams to share resources, updates, and best practices.

Partner Success

• Lead partner onboarding, activation, and lifecycle management.
• Track partner deals, POCs, and customer outcomes.
• Resolve challenges by coordinating internally with sales, product, and support.
• Create partner success plans with measurable KPIs.

Partner Engagement

• Build relationships with key partner stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, COEs, Architects, Leadership).
• Run structured connects such as QBRs and planning sessions.
• Identify co-sell and expansion opportunities within partner accounts.
• Keep partners aligned with product roadmap, enablement, and GTM initiatives.

Reporting & Insights

• Maintain dashboards on pipeline, usage, revenue contribution, and engagement health.
• Share weekly, monthly, and QBR reports with leadership.
• Provide insights and recommendations to boost partner productivity.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in alliance or partner management in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience with QA or automation ecosystem preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes through collaboration and influence.
• Proficient in CRM tools, reporting, and metrics tracking.
• Self-driven, structured, and action-oriented with strong urgency.
