The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create successful joint initiatives and expand market reach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners to enhance business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, service partners, and technology vendors. - Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support partner-driven leads and conversions. - Manage co-branded marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns. - Track partner performance, revenue contributions, and ROI. - Lead contract negotiations, agreements, renewals, and compliance. - Act as the primary point of contact for all partner communications and escalations. - Provide periodic reports, insights, and growth plans to management. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 3+ years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or business development. - Strong understanding of the IT/technology ecosystem (preferred for tech companies). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to analyze partner performance and market trends. - Strong project management and coordination abilities.,
