Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is to
lead and deliver technical projects
across Aircraft Records, Asset Transitions, and Data Management for airline and lessor customers. The Project Lead will own projects end-to-end, ensuring
compliance, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction
. The role requires a blend of
technical expertise, project management skills, and strong customer engagement
, along with mentoring team members and driving efficiency through continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and oversee technical projects (M&E Data, Aircraft Transition, and Records Management) from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations, lease contract requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct technical due diligence including auditing of aircraft records, Components, LLPs, ADs & MODs, and structural repair documentation.
- Collaborate with airline and lessor customers to manage expectations, resolve queries, and deliver outcomes.
- Prepare working standards, workflows, and project scope aligned with customer and industry best practices.
- Present regular project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project escalations and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and train junior team members to build technical and project expertise.
- Drive efficiency, innovation, and digital adoption within project delivery.
- Support cross-functional organizational initiatives.
- Travel for on-site audits, transitions, or customer engagements as required.
- Schedule and prioritize workloads for optimal resource utilization.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 8+ years in the aviation industry with strong exposure to Technical Services / Technical Records.
- At least 2+ years managing projects independently.
- Experience in aircraft lease transactions, technical records auditing, and on-site transition projects (End-of-Lease).
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), LLPs, Structural Repairs, Hard Time Components.
- Proficiency in M&E systems (AMOS, Trax, etc.).
- Familiarity with aircraft technical records & manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, etc.).
- Knowledge of IATA standards and aircraft lease contracts.
- Experience with OEM platforms.
Project Management
- Hands-on with MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Ability to scope, estimate, and evaluate projects with commercial awareness.
Other Expectations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Strong presentation and representation skills.
- Willingness to mentor and train junior members.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for continuous learning.
