Job overview:

ELSA is seeking a skilled Revenue & AI Systems Architect to join our Revenue Operations team. This individual will own the design, development, and optimization of our B2B revenue engine by orchestrating the entire tech stack and embedding AI across workflows. The role sits at the intersection of systems architecture, AI operations, data engineering, and business processes — ensuring our revenue engine is not only efficient, but also intelligent, adaptive, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

AI & System Orchestration

• Lead the technical implementation of AI tools and agents to boost automations across the B2B revenue engine;
• Integrate and orchestrate the entire B2B tool stack, ensuring seamless data flow and process excellence across all platforms;
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap and evolution of the B2B tech stack, providing expert support to B2B leadership and identifying opportunities for AI-powered optimization and innovation;
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership to build automations, tooling, and integrations to reduce manual work and accelerate growth;
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor market development, and continuously optimize the tool stack to ensure process and cost efficiency;
• Serve as the bridge between AI capabilities and revenue systems, ensuring that AI initiatives are directly tied to measurable business outcomes.

CRM & Automation Development

• Build and maintain complex automation workflows in HubSpot and leveraging AI not only to enhance lead scoring and routing, but also to design predictive, adaptive workflows that continuously improve with data;
• Lead technical implementation of systems aimed to improve operational excellence (such as CPQ, CMS, ERP, PMS);
• Reduce reliance on manual updates for operational workflows by building robust, scalable systems within the B2B stack.
• Apply best practices of change management to ensure the timely completion of implementation projects.

Data & Reporting Excellence

• Partner with the Data team to integrate AI-driven insights into dashboards and reporting, enabling real-time, proactive decision-making.
• Ensure clean, complete, and accurate data across B2B tools to facilitate accurate real-time reporting.

What You Will Have

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in system orchestration, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in building end-to-end automations, system integrations, and AI-powered automation, and APIs that facilitate seamless data flow across the entire tech stack.
• Hands-on experience in deploying AI agents, prompt engineering, and orchestrating AI workflows into core RevOps processes, utilizing external AI APIs to solve specific business problems.
• Hands-on experience with modern automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Retool.
• Experience in CRM development, optimization, and data quality control.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving, a process optimization mindset, and high attention to detail.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations Hubs)
• Experience with quoting engines, billing systems, or CPQ tools.
• Familiarity with data warehouses and ETL pipelines principles.
• Understanding of SaaS principles, challenges, and best practices.
• Python knowledge to write custom scripts for data transformations or to interact with APIs.
• AI tool familiarity LangChain, LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, etc.
