About the role

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to own subscription growth and monetization for our core consumer business. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, growth intuition, and hands-on execution to scale revenue and retention in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take proactive ownership of subscription growth and monetization for ELSA’s core consumer business, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
  • Oversee end-to-end optimization of the subscription funnel, from install → onboarding → monetization → retention.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features, campaigns, and market launches.
  • Conduct in-depth market, user, and competitor research to identify high-potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Executive teams to deliver impactful cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead growth projects from inception to scale, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and retention.
  • Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.


Who is our ideal candidate?

  • An MBA is preferred, with a Tier 1 academic background.
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, high-growth startups (0→1 or scale-up), or fast-paced consumer/interest tech companies.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and proven track record of driving subscription growth at scale.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across strategy, analytics, go-to-market execution, and business operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-level executives across borders.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
