Job Description

AGM - HR (Plant + Corporate Office)

Position: AGM - Human Resources (Head HR)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HR function across multiple sites in Maharashtra, aligning HR strategy with business goals.
Manage the entire HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training & development; etc.
Ensure smooth functioning of Industrial Relations, including union handling, negotiations, and compliance with labour laws.
Oversee administrative functions including facility management, transport, security and statutory compliance.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership on all people-related matters.
Drive HR process improvements and implement best practices across the organization.
Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements across all sites.

Desired Profile:

Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to IR and plant administration.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and multi-location HR operations.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel regularly across company locations.
