Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across pan-India locations from sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to coordination with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment pipelines, and dashboards to ensure smooth and efficient tracking of hiring activities. Draft, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications for various functions within the pharma industry. Plan, coordinate, and lead campus recruitment initiatives across India including organizing campus drives, placement sessions, and participation in job fairs. Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells and educational institutions across the country to strengthen the talent pipeline. Be open to extensive travel across India for campus and recruitment-related activities. Manage and coordinate with external recruitment consultants, placement agencies, and staffing partners, while monitoring vendor performance and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Handle vendor contracts, invoices, and documentation in line with company policies. Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction of new hires across locations. Assist in maintaining the HRMS and prepare recruitment-related reports for management review. Partner with the HR team in executing broader HR initiatives as needed.
