Job Description

Sr. Technical Recruiter / Lead Technical Recruiter

Proactively source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain a
bench of talent
for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct
pre-screening interviews
to assess applicants skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Partner with
Sales, Marketing, Development, and Product team leaders
to define role requirements and hiring needs.
Draft engaging job descriptions and personalized outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer letters.
Attend
career fairs, conferences, and networking events
to promote the company brand.
Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to drive initiatives and best practices.
Conduct job and task analyses to maintain accurate role documentation.
Stay updated with
new technological trends
and recruiting tools.
Support the development and execution of the
internship program
.
Promote the companys reputation as a
great place to work
.

Requirements:

5+ years
of technical and non-technical recruiting experience.
Strong ability to understand and articulate requirements for
Sales and IT roles
.
In-depth knowledge of
sourcing strategies
(e.g., Boolean search, social media recruiting).
Excellent
communication skills
both verbal and written.
Ability to evaluate and define specialized skills across
Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product roles
.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on building long-term talent pipelines.
