Sr. Technical Recruiter / Lead Technical Recruiter

  • Proactively source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a

    bench of talent

    for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct

    pre-screening interviews

    to assess applicants skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with

    Sales, Marketing, Development, and Product team leaders

  • Draft engaging job descriptions and personalized outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment process

  • Attend

    career fairs, conferences, and networking events

    to promote the company brand.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to drive initiatives and best practices.

Requirements:
