Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Roll out training programs for different employee levels frontline, mid-level, and leadership, with support from Unit HRs, Business Leaders, Training vendors, Internal trainers.
  • Work with HRBPs and business teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external learning sessions, including digital learning platforms.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Support implementation of leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Help identify high-potential employees and manage their development plans.

Organizational Development

  • Execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and change readiness.
  • Assist in rolling out competency frameworks and career paths.

Learning Operations & Analytics

  • Manage training calendars, vendor coordination, and feedback collection.
  • Track training participation and effectiveness through reports and dashboards.
  • Use data to provide insights on learning impact and capability trends.
