Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role expectations.
Source and attract candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
Maintain candidate pipeline and track progress using internal databases.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent Zebronics at job fairs or recruitment drives.
Provide regular hiring reports and analytics to management.

Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi (verbal) and good command of English.
Candidates from within Chennai only apply.
1-4 years of experience in non-technical ,sales, Bpo (in-house or agency).
Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once.
Strong time-management and communication skills.
Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
