We are seeking highly accomplished retired professionals from the Oil & Gas industry to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of inspection and maintenance operations. This is not a full-time operational role, but a strategic position where your decades of experience will guide our technology development, market strategy, and client engagement.

Your legacy of knowledge and your network are invaluable assets. This role is designed to leverage that expertise to mentor our young team, provide strategic counsel, and help us deliver exceptional value to the sector you know intimately.

1. Strategic Guidance & Product Development:

• Advise our engineering and product teams on the real-world operational challenges, environmental conditions, and safety protocols in O&G facilities (upstream, midstream, downstream).
• Review and validate the design and functionality of our robotic inspection systems to ensure they meet industry needs and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO).
• Provide insights on key inspection parameters, failure modes, and critical assets that should be prioritized for automated monitoring.

2. Market Insight & Business Development:

• Act as a trusted voice during client presentations and meetings, providing credibility and deep industry context.
• Advise our commercial team on key market trends, client pain points, and the competitive landscape for inspection services.
• Help identify and facilitate introductions to key decision-makers within your network (e.g., former peers, reports, and industry contacts).

3. Operational Mentorship & Process Review:

• Mentor our field operations leads on best practices for site entry, work permits, client management, and reporting within a high-hazard industry.
• Review and critique our proposed inspection workflows and maintenance procedures, ensuring they align with and enhance existing plant operating procedures.
• Provide guidance on the interpretation of inspection data (thermal, IR, visual) to generate actionable maintenance recommendations.

4. Safety & Compliance Stewardship:

• Be the guardian of our safety culture. Review and challenge our HSE plans for every project to ensure zero harm.
• Advise on compliance with all relevant industry regulations and help navigate the client’s internal safety governance.

• You are a retired senior professional with a distinguished career, having held positions such as:
• Executive Director (ED), Head of Department (HOD), General Manager (GM)
• Head of Plant Operations, Head of Maintenance, Chief Inspector, Integrity Manager
• Senior roles in Refinery/Petrochemical Complexes, Offshore Platforms, or Pipeline Operations.
• Your core expertise lies in one or more of the following:
• Operations & Maintenance: Managing daily plant operations, turnaround planning, predictive & preventive maintenance strategies.
• Inspection & Integrity Management: NDT methods, RBI (Risk-Based Inspection), fitness-for-service assessments, and corrosion management.
• Project Management & HSE: Leading major projects with an impeccable safety record.
