We are looking for a rockstar 3D artist and animator to join us at the ground level. This is not a typical internship; it&aposs a launchpad for a founding team member.

As our first 3D intern, you will be the cornerstone of our visual development. You will work directly with the founders to bring our core vision to life, creating assets, environments, and characters that will define our product&aposs identity. You will have unparalleled creative freedom and ownership over your work.

• Create high-quality, optimized 3D models (hard-surface and organic) for use in real-time engines, primarilyUnity.
• Design and develop engaging2D and 3D animationsfor characters, objects, and UI elements.
• Texture, shade, and light 3D assets to achieve a visually stunning and consistent art style.
• Collaborate on concept art and storyboards to visualize ideas and gameplay mechanics.
• Rig 3D characters and props for animation.
• Optimize assets for performance across different platforms (VR, Mobile, Desktop).
• Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide artistic solutions to technical challenges.

• A Portfolio is Mandatory:Your portfolio is your resume. It must demonstrate strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation.
• Software Proficiency:You must be proficient in at leasttwoof the following:
• Blender(strong preference for open-source champions)
• 3ds Max
• Unity(This is critical. Experience with importing assets, materials, and basic scene setup is a must.)
• Bonus Points For:
• Experience withSubstance Painter/Designer.
• Skills in2D art and concepting(Photoshop, Illustrator, Krita).
• Understanding of version control (e.g., Git, Plastic SCM).
• A passion for gaming, VR/AR, or interactive experiences.
