Ideal Candidate: Retired senior executive (e.g., Executive Director, Plant Head, Chief Maintenance Officer) from the nuclear power sector, with extensive global experience in plant operations, inspections, and maintenance.

RAST is a deep-tech company deploying patented robotic systems and AI to transform hazardous inspections and critical operations in energy, aerospace, and defense. Our mission is to enhance safety, slash costs, and eliminate human risk in high-stakes environments. With proven contracts in major refineries, we are now expanding our technology into the nuclear power sector.

We are seeking an esteemed industry luminary to guide our strategic entry and growth within the global nuclear power sector. You will provide high-level counsel on product development, market strategy, and regulatory engagement, leveraging your vast experience to shape solutions that meet the unique demands of nuclear plant safety, maintenance, and operations.

1. Strategic Guidance & Product Counsel:

• Advise our engineering team on adapting our Explorer-MX1 robotic platform and future prototypes for nuclear environments (e.g., radiation zones, confined spaces, critical component inspections).
• Provide insights on technical requirements, operational protocols, and safety-case development for nuclear regulatory compliance in India and internationally.

2. Market Access & Business Development:

• Open doors to key decision-makers in nuclear power plants (NPCIL, BARC, and global operators).
• Validate and strengthen our value proposition for nuclear applications, including outage management, fuel pool inspections, and primary component maintenance.
• Mentor our commercial team on the nuances of selling to nuclear operators, including procurement cycles and technical qualification processes.

3. Mentorship & Leadership:

• Mentor our technical and leadership teams on nuclear industry best practices, safety culture, and quality assurance.
• Provide insights on building a robust, nuclear-grade quality management system.

• Experience: 25+ years in senior leadership roles within nuclear power plants or regulatory bodies.
• Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge in:
• Plant Operations & Maintenance
• Outage Management
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance (AERB, IAEA standards)
• Inspection Protocols & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
• Background: Retired professionals from NPCIL, BARC, IAEA, or global giants like Westinghouse, EDF, Rosatom are highly preferred.
• Skills: Strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and a passion for mentoring and leveraging technology to solve complex challenges.
• Network: An established network with senior officials in the Indian and global nuclear industry.
