Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales efforts across multiple platforms, including TV channels, news websites, outdoor hoardings (Delhi/NCR), and in-flight media. This role is part of an exciting new initiative aimed at building impactful brand visibility for clients through integrated advertising solutions. TARGETS: Monthly 5 crore business RESPONSIBILITY Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and target potential clients across industries with advertising budgets suitable for TV, digital news platforms, outdoor (OOH), and airline advertising. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including CMOs, brand managers, and media planners. Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Strategically pitch and sell advertising space on: National and regional TV channels News websites (programmatic, direct display, native formats, etc.) Hoardings/billboards in Delhi/NCR In-flight media (magazines, seatback ads, boarding pass branding, etc.) Propose integrated media plans combining offline and online channels to maximize client ROI. Campaign Planning & Coordination Work closely with the media planning and creative teams to translate client briefs into actionable campaigns. Coordinate with external vendors, media owners (TV, OOH, digital), and airline media partners to ensure smooth execution. Ensure proper inventory management across all advertising platforms. Proposal Development & Negotiation Prepare persuasive sales proposals, media plans, rate cards, and contracts tailored to client needs. Negotiate rates, placements, and packages while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships. Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management. EXPERIENCE Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or marketing within the TV , digital media , OOH (out-of-home) , or in-flight advertising sectors.
