Job Description: Position: Computer Operator Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Internship Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented computer operator to manage routine computer operations and provide text-based support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth system operations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies. Understand client needs and requirements and tailor product or service offerings to meet their specific business goals. Present product demonstrations or sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
