Role Description

Outbound Lead Generation & Cold Outreach

• Identify and reach out to

  HRs, Marketing Heads, CXOs

  , and decision-makers across industries
• Draft compelling outreach messages and

  pitch Shelf Merch’s corporate gifting & merch solutions

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate leads

Key Account Handling & Order Management

• Manage

  high-value accounts.

• Understand client requirements, share mockups, handle procurement coordination
• Ensure smooth execution from

  order confirmation to delivery

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Coordinate with internal

  design, tech, and production teams

• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
• Take ownership of the process and

  lead junior members

  if required

Follow-ups, CRM & Closure

• Own the

  follow-up cycle

  to drive deals to closure
• Update and manage lead status in CRM or tracking sheets
• Ensure post-order feedback is collected and issues (if any) are resolved fast

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and client acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in digital platforms and conducting online research
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Experience in the e-commerce or merchandising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
