Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads provided by the company. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospects and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor during calls. Product or Service Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the company's products or services to address customer inquiries effectively. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine their needs and level of interest. Objection Handling: Address customer objections or concerns and provide suitable solutions. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow up on appointments set by them. Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers who need more time to decide or require additional information. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call outcomes and follow-up dates. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call and conversion targets. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team or management regarding customer responses, objections, and market trends. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations related to telemarketing and data privacy. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and sales opportunities. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including active listening, articulation, and persuasive language.
