Role Overview

As an Account Management Executive, you’ll be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. You'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate merchandise campaigns, and ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and managing expectations.
• Assist in planning and executing merchandise campaigns end-to-end.
• Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track account health metrics, reporting regularly on performance and engagement.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with merchandise, e-commerce, or marketing is a plus.
• Negotiation Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,241.11 per month

• HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
