Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify potential clients across:Corporate Offices & IT ParksHospitals & HealthcareManufacturing & PharmaCommercial & Residential BuildingsCold calling & follow-upsLead verification and data updatingCoordinating meetings and site visits2. Sales Support & Client CoordinationAssist in proposals, quotations & presentationsCoordinate meetings and discussions with clientsFollow up for feedback and deal progression3. Product & Market UnderstandingLearn services like:Facility ManagementHVAC Operations & MaintenanceAir Duct CleaningEngineering ServicesUnderstand client requirements and business needs4. Data Management & ReportingMaintain lead and follow-up recordsUpdate daily/weekly trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)Share progress reports with management5.
