About the Role

Talent Acquisition Executive


Key Responsibilities


🔍

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the hiring tracker and recruitment dashboards.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to assess candidate fit.
  • Evaluate resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions and company culture.
  • Coordinate with interview panels and ensure timely feedback and communication.

Recruitment Operations

  • Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records in HR systems.
  • Share weekly/monthly hiring reports with insights on pipeline, closures, and TAT.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring requirements.

Employer Branding

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives such as social media posts, job fair planning, and referral drives.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience at every touchpoint of the hiring process.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills using modern hiring tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • High sense of ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.
