As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Avaada, you will play a crucial role in building our team by attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent who align with our company's mission and values. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to recruitment and a strong background in talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the company.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions and posting jobs to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including social media platforms, professional networks, and job boards, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Design and implement a seamless interview process, including crafting tailored interview questions for each position.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants to establish a robust talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure effective integration into the company.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • MBA in Human Resources, or related field required.
  • 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • High proficiency in HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate databases.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Expertise in all selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Adept at driving change and innovation within recruitment practices.
