Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Publish job postings on LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate technical and functional interviews with internal stakeholders. Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Maintain recruitment documentation and reports. Required Experience and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Prior experience recruiting for software, ERP, or IT consulting companies . Odoo experience is highly preferred ; experience with other ERP or enterprise software is acceptable. Strong understanding of technical and functional roles within software teams. Excellent communication and interviewing skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools.
